Because our products are Downloadable/Digital Goods, we do not offer refunds on any of our products once they have been downloaded. If you have purchased a product from us and have not downloaded the product, you can ask for a refund and we will gladly refund your full purchase price of the product.

Even though we do not refund downloaded products, will gladly work with you to resolve your issues with the product. If you have an issue with our product please contact us to get help before opening a dispute or refund action.

Additional Information

  • All of our products have been tested on multiple systems and contain no errors or malfunctions.
  • If you find an major error or bug it is most likely mod conflict related, please report this in our Facebook Group or through support so we can correct the issue.
  • Game updates may break the functionality of some mods, please allow time for us to update mods appropriately.
  • If you have an issue with our product please contact us to get help before opening a dispute or refund action.
  • As per this Refund Policy only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Functioning products with minor issues and/or errors are not grounds for refund.
  • Product downloads are logged to help assist in correcting issues and protect our business.

Late or missing refunds

If you requested a refund and received a confirmation email for approval, and haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account to make sure it only needed time to update status.

Then contact your banking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially updated and shown.
